The Alpha Course
Twice a year the Alpha
Course (a course in Christianity designed by Holy Trinity, Brompton
Road in London, England) is offered for seekers and new members, or for those simply
wanting to refresh their knowledge of the basics of the Christian Faith.
The Alpha Course is for everyone. We don't assume any background knowledge of, or belief in, Christianity. The Alpha Course is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in an informal and friendly environment and looks at a number of topics, including Who is Jesus? and Why and how do I pray?
The Alpha Course has been a powerful tool of evangelism and renewal in
churches throughout the world.
The Alpha Course, hosted by Jeff Taylor, is beginning again in January. It will meet on Wednesday nights from 7-8:30pm, starting January 9, and will run for 13 weeks. We will be meeting in the Princeton Hall meeting room of the Post Riverside complex (off of Hwy 41, across from the back gate of The Lovett School and a hundred yards from the River Room Restaurant).
